Ingredients
  

  • Brisket
  • Potatoes
  • Carrots
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp beef bouillon
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp chili crunch
  • Salt and pepper

Equipment

  • 1 crockpot

Method
 

  1. Rub brisket with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear in crockpot or on stove.
  3. Add all ingredients to crockpot.
  4. Add carrots 2 hrs before done.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8–10 hours (or high for 5–6 hours) until tender.
